What is Rock Your Booty Camp?

Rock your Booty Camp is new to Evergreen!
We are a fun and motivating outdoor boot camp fitness program designed to help you lose weight, build muscle, and improve overall fitness. Our workouts are similar to a high-intensity full body strength class you’d see in your gym or favorite app. But, one of the things that makes us different, is Rock Your Booty Camp gets you outside! Soak up some Vitamin D, improve muscle tone, and firm up your body (and booty!). Past participants have seen results in as little as 2 classes a week over 4 weeks. All fitness levels welcome and encouraged to join!

All fitness levels are welcome! Bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.

Outdoor boot camp classes will run rain or shine, except in the event of thunder, lightening, heavy rain or snow. If class is cancelled due to these conditions a make-up class will be rescheduled.

Joanne Krickovic

Hi I’m Joanne, your Boot Camp Instructor! I created Rock Your Booty Camp because I developed a passion for group fitness after attending a boot camp in my local city park in Canada. I was instantly hooked on the energy, results and sense of community. I had recently moved to a small town, and was interested in building a community of enthusiastic and positive people to surround myself with.


I have been a part-time fitness instructor since 2012 and have executed many successful boot camp programs since then. My students have told me I’m very approachable, motivational, encouraging! 


My husband and I recently moved to the area, and I am eager to jump into Evergreen’s fitness community! Giving back and being active in communities is my passion. When I’m not bootcamp’ing, I am working as an Associate Director for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. You can also find me hiking trails with my German Shephard, riding on the back of my husband’s Harley, or wining and dining through town.

Tuesday’s & Thursday’s

7:00 am – 8:00 am OR 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

  • Must sign-up for one consistent timeslot

  • If you need to change to the other time of the day, on a case by case basis, it should be fine, just confirm with me in advance

May Session: Tuesday, May 7th through Thursday, May 30th 

June Session: Tuesday, June 4th through Thursday, June 27th

July Session: Tuesday, July 9th through Thursday, August 1st 

August Session: Tuesday, August 6th through Thursday, August 29th 

  • Each month has 8 classes

  • Returning recruits and EMHA residents get first chance to register for upcoming sessions ​

  • Returning recruits get $10 off their next session

Pricing (per session)

4 Week Session – May - 8 classes - $130 ($16.25 per class)

8 Week Session – May & June - 16 classes - $240 ($15 per class)

  • If you participate in 1 class and do not like the program you will receive a full refund!

  • Must commit to a 4 or 8 week session, no drop-ins

  • If you register part way through a session, price will be pro-rated

50% deposit is required to reserve your spot at registration (you will get an email from me with next steps shortly after submitting a registration form), remaining 50% is due at the start of the first class​

What is high-interval training?

High intensity intervals boost your metabolism and allows your body to burn fat up to 24 hours after your workout!  Improve muscle tone and firm your body (and booty!) through strength training - the more muscles you have the more calories you burn throughout the day!

What can I expect from class?

Typical Rock Your Booty Camp classes will include a mixture of: body weight training (ex. lunges, squats, push-ups, crunches) intervals, circuits and drills, core work, weights, partner exercises, stretching and flexibility. 

If I'm not very physically fit, is this workout for me?

Absolutely!  There will be recruits of varying ages and fitness levels participating in this class. I offer different options/levels based on fitness level, and I guarantee - you will be surprised at what you are able to accomplish that you may not have thought was possible!


What kind of results can I expect?

Results vary by participant but can include: increased stamina/strength, muscle toning, increased energy, better sleep, and with the inclusion of a balanced diet - weight loss and loss of inches!


How soon will I see results?

You can expect to start seeing results after the first few weeks.


What do I need to bring to class?

A large sized water bottle, towel, yoga mat, proper shoes/workout attire.


Is the instructor certified and insured?

Yes, I have a Group Fitness Instructor certification with the American Council on Exercise, and a valid Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification.


What if it rains (or snows!)?

In the event of a extreme cold, a storm, or heavy snow/rain, class will be rescheduled. In the event of light to moderate rain class will still take place and may be modified. Stay tuned to your phone and Facebook for updates when it looks as though we may have inclimate weather!


How can I register and pay?

To register, please sign up online or contact me directly via phone, email or text message. 50% of the session fees are due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due at the start of the first class.  I will send a payment receipt, Confirmation of Registration and Welcome Email upon signing up. Payment options are: cash, check, Venmo.


Can I just pay by the class?

I do not offer that option at this time. Rock Your Booty Camp is designed to commit and pay for 4 or 8 week programs upfront for a couple of reasons. Recruits are more likely to commit to their fitness journey with Rock Your Booty Camp if they make the time and cost commitment of a program. Also, because spots are limited and fill up quickly it’s hard to gauge attendance and cover costs to operate the program if people pay by class and are inconsistent with their attendance.


What if I try a class and don't like it? Can I get a refund?

Yes! If you participate in 1 class and don't want to continue with the program you will receive a full refund.

Do I get a discount if I'm a returning participant?

Yes!  You will get $10 off each returning session as a token of appreciation!


How old do I have to be to participate?

Participants must be 18 years of age to enroll.
